At no cost the initial meeting in our office or by phone will discuss your needs and also explain how CRGP can give you the best career guidance experience. You will then be sent login details to complete the four online assessments.
THE CAREER GUIDANCE REPORTS
The first report is interested in your strong skills such as; Ability to manage, desire for teamwork, ability to work with people, ability to solve problems, perseverance, creativity, networking, empathy, ability to sell and many others.
The second report will then match all those skills with the pre-prepared skills requirements of over 1200 jobs and trades, some of which you would have never considered or not thought that you were qualified to apply for.
The third and subsequent reports will then show you how you can improve your skill levels to qualify for many jobs and trades that you would really like to do and are well qualified to do. It will also give you guidance and a path to improve your skills relative to your current position and prepare you for promotion in your current organisation.
THE GUIDANCE PROCESS
You will visit our office and spend about an hour with one of our Career Guidance Partners. We will give you the reports, explain them to you and then in a general conversation analyse how you can use them to your advantage. Also you will gain great benefit out of discussing your career direction with a very experienced partner in a personal and private environment. We would expect that the guidance relationship and mentoring might continue at your request.
