WHAT DOES THE SERVICE INVOLVE?

It involves a proven formula of consisting of some unique software and assessments and personal coaching and guidance from our partners who have wide, high level and long term experiences. All have been at some time at General Manager, Director, Partner and Chief Executive Officer level.

Firstly the process involves four assessments which can be completed online in the comfort of your own home or office or in our office, in one session lasting about one hour,. The assessments cover personality, numeric skills, effective communication  and problem solving skills. When you complete these they will generate several reports which will form a base on which the career guidance coaching can proceed.
